In case it should activate Make sure to turn off the cause and open the windows, the detector will automatically turn off. To turn it off sooner you can turn off the power from the main switch which is located behind the painting above the electrical panel. Once the smoke has dissipated you can turn the power back on and the detector will turn itself off.
