The hot water heater for the apartment is located outside the apartment. The unit is set according to the season and should not be touched during your stay.

Heating The building is provided with central heating systems that come into operation from 8:00 to 10:00 AM and from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Guests can control the heat output of each radiator thermostats thanks to seats on each unit.
Setting the temperature The thermostats have 5 different gradations, from 1 (less heat) to 5 (maximum heat), where the 3 indicates a temperature of 18°C. The heaters are set to a temperature of 18°C, if you need more heat, simply turn the knob to raise the temperature. We kindly ask our guests to maintain a temperature that does not go above 20 degrees in order to avoid excessive consumption.
